Iulian Secrieru

Vladimir Andrunachievici Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science

Iulian Secrieru is a researcher and Head of Laboratory 'Information Systems' at the Vladimir Andrunachievici Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science in Moldova.

 

He graduated in applied mathematics from Moldova State University in 1993. In September 1993 Iulian Secrieru began working in the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science as a software engineer in the 'Artificial Intelligent Systems' laboratory, then as a researcher in 1997, a researcher and technology transfer specialist from 2004, and from 2015 - Head of Laboratory 'Information Systems'.

 

Iulian Secrieru participated in more than 20 national and international scientific projects and is the author of 60 scientific papers. His research interests are knowledge engineering, knowledge acquisition, AI algorithms and techniques, cognitive graphics, intelligent systems, decision support system, computer-aided systems, and medical informatics.
